What pricing plans does Mulwi Shopping Feeds have?
Mulwi offers 6 pricing plans based on your Shopify plan (Basic, Grow, Advanced, or Shopify Plus). Each plan includes a different number of supported product feeds, in-stock items, and available features. All plan details are transparently shown on our pricing page.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
During the trial, you get full access to all features included in your selected plan. You won’t be billed until after the trial is complete. If you need more time to test our app, we can extend your free trial period upon request.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
When the 7-day trial ends, your product feeds will be paused until you subscribe to a plan. We’ll email you a reminder before your trial expires.
Are there any additional or hidden fees?
No. There are no hidden fees, and everything is included in your subscription plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Sure, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever necessary in your account settings. You can also switch from a monthly to an annual subscription and save 20%.
What if I exceed my plan’s limits?
In case you go over the limits of your current plan, we’ll notify you and suggest upgrading to a plan that better fits your needs. Features beyond your current limits will be unavailable until you upgrade to a bigger plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
All subscription payments are processed only through Shopify Payments. Each transaction then appears directly in your Shopify invoices.
Can I unsubscribe at any time?
Yes, you can unsubscribe from Mulwi anytime. You can request cancellation without removing the app by contacting our support, or uninstall the app to cancel the subscription immediately. In both cases, your Mulwi account and product feeds will no longer be accessible.
